Details
The flap folds over and holds itself shut. No clasp, no magnet, no spring, nothing hard for a lens to meet. That is the trade: it protects against scratches and the grit at the bottom of a bag, not against being sat on. Worth knowing before you buy it for someone who sits on their glasses.
It is a pouch on a cord, so glasses are only the obvious use. Keys, a charging cable, a lipstick, a hotel key card.
It goes with a bag rather than instead of one. Haven and Kindred are small by design, and an extra pouch on a cord is often the difference between taking your glasses and leaving them at home.

Care
Wipe with a dry cloth and use a leather conditioner twice a year. If it gets wet, let it dry away from direct heat.
